CO-LIVING UNIT

This project transforms the historic Kurt Schumer School into student apartments through adaptive reuse. The interior design addresses the hierarchy of privacy, integrating three spatial typologies that harmonize shared and private zones. Using materials and colors drawn from the building’s original exterior, the design reflects a warm, modern interior style focused on sustainable and functional co-living.
